Deep garnet colour. The bouquet is toasty with spice, cherry plum, chocolate. This Shiraz has a velvet texture with ripe fleshy cherry fruit flavours with a lingering finish. It is still a youthful wine that will develop into a boulder and richer Shiraz as it develops over time.
